Ohio State Shooting Championship this Weekend
275 gun enthusiasts took to the Briar Rabbit Shooting Range August 1.
The Ohio State Shooting Championship continues through tomorrow and today the shooters took aim on 200 clay pigeons.
“They shoot 200 birds in the main event, 100 birds in the preliminary which was yesterday, they’ll shoot their two hundred birds over today and tomorrow and it’s for the state championship,” said Owner of Briar Rabbit Shooting Range Jan Crawmer.
The high overall score will take the trophy tomorrow and all the glory.
“It’s a big deal to those guys that win it,” said Crawmer. “They get their name on the big trophy and a pretty good payday for the winner.”
Audiences are welcome to see the show, if you missed the action you can see the conclusion tomorrow.
