One Arrested In Drug Raid

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office says it busted a meth lab this week. Deputies along with the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force say they executed a search warrant at 7411 Township Road 87 in Thornville after quantities of meth had been purchased from the home. Lt Kevin Starrett says detectives also located an active meth lab in a garage on the property. One male was arrested and is currently in the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail in Nelsonville on felony drug trafficking and manufacturing charges. Starrett says names won’t be released until formal charges are filed.
