One Killed in Noble Co. Accident
A Barnesville man was killed in an accident Wednesday night in Noble County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said that it took place outside of Batesville just before 5:15pm on State Route 147.
The Patrol said 56-year-old Timothy Harris of Quaker City was traveling west on State Route 147 when his vehicle traveled left of center striking a vehicle driven by 84-year-old Virgil Neuhart.
Neuhart was pronounced dead at the scene. Harris and his passenger received minor injuries.
The Patrol said alcohol is considering to be a factor in the crash.
