Organizers say Job Fair at Ohio Means Jobs was a Success!

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A job fair at Ohio Means Jobs is offering hundreds of area residents with the a chance to find employment.

Fanatics is one of the area’s largest employers and currently they are looking to fill over 1,500 positions at the Frazeysburg location.

“They’re doing on the spot interviews so make sure you’re dressed for success. They’re going to talk to you today and pass out some paperwork work. Just kind of get you ready and explain to you what positions they’re hiring for and give you a little background information on Fanatics,” said Julie Metzger, Supervisor, OhioMeansJobs.

The hiring event took place Thursday from 10 a.m and went on until 3 p.m. Said although they are only hiring for seasonal positions, it could lead to some full time.

“They’ve got several openings and again they are seasonal warehouse positions. They do have weekend shifts and a variety of shifts,” said Metzger.
