Paul Lipscomb

Paul Lipscomb, 63, passed away Monday, September 14, 2026, at Genesis Hospital. He was born November 13, 1962, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, to the late Paul and Emma Powell Lipscomb. He worked as a mechanic at National Muffler and Tuffy.

He is survived by his sister Joannie Davis; half-sister Janet Jones; daughter Ladonna Thomason; and longtime girlfriend Lowedda Bartimus.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Robert Lipscomb; and one sister Laura Lipscomb.
Visitation will be held from 12 to 2PM on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at The SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OH.

Cremation services have been entrusted to the Snouffer Crematory. The Snouffer Funeral Home has the distinct honor of serving the Lipscomb family.
