Person of Interest Sought

Licking County Authorities are looking for a person of interest in the murder of a 37-year-old St. Louisville resident.

Authorities said they were sent to 419 South Main Street in St. Louisville around 7pm Monday in regards to a possible shooting.

When deputies and officers from the St. Louisville Police Department arrived they found Katherine Russ deceased in the residence.

Officials believe the victim’s injuries are consistent with a homicide investigation at this time.

43-year-old Phillip Macari of Columbus is a person of interest in this case. Authorities consider him armed and dangerous. He’s believed to be driving a 2008 maroon Pontiac Grand Prix with the license plate number EIQ8425.
