Pet of the Week

This week’s pet of the week will be sure to steal your heart.

The Animal Shelter Society of Muskingum County is featuring a 2-to-3 month old Pomeranian, Duchshund mix named Princess.

"Princess is probably about 2 or 3 months old she’s been here at the shelter since about November, as you can see she’s just very calm and loving and would make any family a great addition and would give them a lot of love back."

Princess has already been spade, is up to date on shots and can be yours with an adoption fee of $150. The Animal Shelter Society would also like to remind customers about their giving tree and 2015 calendar.

"Here at the shelter, we’re still in the Christmas mode and we still have folks bringing in donations from our giving tree, so if anyone would like to do that we still have plenty of tags there. We’re doing a shelter calendar this year and we still have some of those left, so we’d like to invite people in through out the holidays."

The calendars are on sale at the animal shelter for $12.
