Philo Man Sentenced for Sex Crime
A Philo man received a four-year prison sentence Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.
Brady Fitz was sentenced on a count of third-degree felony sexual battery for an offense that occured in August 2009.
In addition to his four-year-sentence, Judge Mark Fleegle also ordered that Fitz be labeled a Tier III sexual offender and be put on post-release control for five years.
