Planned Power Outage in South Z-ville

American Electric Power says it is planning a power outage in the South Zanesville area.  A-E-P says it will happen between midnight and 4:00 am this Friday evening and 2290 customers will lose service.  Officials say crews will be doing equipment repair in the South Zanesville sub-station.
