Airport and Eastpointe Business Parks are now fiber ready

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Zanesville Muskingum County Port Authority and At&T Ohio has announced Wednesday that the Airport and Eastpointe Business Parks are now fiber ready.
This designation is part of At&T’s continuing effort to drive economic development and investment in Ohio.
“Over the last three years we’ve done 1.5 billion in upgrades to our infrastructure,” At&T Ohio, President, Adam Grzybicki said. “What we’re trying to do is share the stories locally of where that investment is happening and where fiber facilities are available.”
Zanesville Muskingum County Port Authority Executive Director Matt Abbott said infrastructure is vital for business growth.
“Fiber is a huge part of that,” Abbott said. “Broadband. Cloud capabilities. Are capabilities that are expectations now, that maybe weren’t expectations 10 to 15 years ago. This is definitely an edge. It’s an exciting time for the port authority, the commissioners, and the City of Zanesville. It’s been a collaborative effort.”
Abbott is excited to be able to move forward and tell prospective businesses about the great things that are available at the Airport and Eastpointe Business Parks.
