Power Outages In Region – Updated

The storms have arrived in Muskingum County. American Electric Power is now reporting around 100 customers without power. The storm featured heavy rain and lighting. There was one report of power lines down in the Salvation Army parking lot on Putnam Avenue. The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office reports only a few tree limbs down in the county — no damage. The National Weather Service says the big concern going forward could be flash flooding in some part of our region.
