Prep Baseball Ohio All-State Honors Handed Out

ZANESVILLE, OH

We have some local area players to talk about on the Prep Baseball Ohio All-State teams. So we start with the Central and Southeast regional team. Leading off for the infielders, is Heath’s Hayden Woodward, helping lead the Bulldogs to a state championship in Division III. Now he’s joined by two fellow Bulldogs. First Connor Corbett after a tremendous junior season in the outfield and then a great two way athlete with Riley Baum in the field and on the mound.

Joining them on the regional team is Tri-Valley senior Brady Kaufman as a pitcher who also made the Division II first team alongside Sheridan catcher Caden Sheridan. Meanwhile, the aforementioned Heath Bulldogs were named to the Division III first team. Then finally on the on the Division IV first team, Caldwell’s Carter Wheeldin was among the list of infielders to receive All-State Prep baseball honors.
