Ringing In The New Year

Whether you’re ringing in the New Year at home on the couch, or out at a local bar, everyone will be celebrating the beginning of 2015 tonight.

We wanted to know what exactly your New Years plans were, so we stopped by Riesbeck’s grocery store to find out.

Zanesville resident Jeannie Jarvis stated, "Staying at home, staying safe."
WHIZ reporter, "Are you going to watch the ball drop?"
Jarvis, "Probably not, i’ll probably be asleep."

While Jeannie is relaxing at home, another shopper Charles Untied informed us that his New Years would revolve around food, and his daughter in-laws birthday.

"Cooking the usual we’re gonna have pork, sour kraut tonight and tomorrow. We’re also gonna have a shrimp ring with cooked shrimp and sauce. So i’m out shopping for my wife while she’s baking my daughter in law’s birthday cake," stated Untied.
