Roe Named Trooper of the Year

The Zanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol has chosen this year’s trooper of the year.

Lt. William Boyd said that the post has chosen 31-year-old Trooper Keith Roe. For his outstanding service during 2013.

Roe joined the patrol in 2004 and has served at the Zanesville Post throughout his career.

He’s originally from Quaker City and is a graduate of Buckeye Trail High School and Zane State College.
