Rollover Accident on Ridge Road

There was a one car rollover accident shortly before 10:45 Thursday night.

It happened near 7930 Ridge Road in Hopewell Township.

According to Trooper Troy Hale with the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol, Barbara Chapman of Nashport was traveling west on Ridge Road when she went off the right side of the road, hit a ditch and overturned.

Hale says Chapman was wearing her seat belt and suffered only minor injuries. Hale says speeding was not involved, it was a case of failure-to-control.
