Roseville Man Arraigned on Drug Charges

A Roseville man charged with 13 felony counts of trafficking and possession of prescription drugs was arraigned in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Wednesday.

43-year-old Larry Bennett plead not guilty to the charges which also carry a school specification.
 

Bennett was arrested August 18th after the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force conducted a search warrant at his home on East Athens Road in Roseville.
 

Authorities seized a large amount of prescription medication, guns and cash.
 

If convicted, Bennett could face up to 49 years in prison.

He is currently being held in the Muskingum County jail on a $100,000 bond
