‘Run for the Wall’ 2026

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Memorial Day is a day to reflect on the efforts our military has given to defend our freedom and protect our culture.
Many Americans gather with family to celebrate locally but a group of motorcyclists travel from Washington D.C. to Illinois visiting a variety of 9-11 and war in the Middle East memorials.
A handful of local supporters stopped by the Hamline Bridge, that towers above Interstate 70, to show their support for the convoy that passed through around 9:45 a.m.
“I know that the motorcycle group ‘Run for the Wall’ is coming through and I thought… I wanted to help honor them and I hope that we have a good crowd come and help support them,” Local Army Veteran Dan Tom said.
The ‘Run for the Wall’ motorcycle convoy rolled through Zanesville on its way to the Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial in Marseilles, Illinois.
