MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio- The Rushing Wind Biker Church is hosting its 19th annual Biker Fest this weekend.
The three day event will be filled with activities, speakers and food. Starting Friday June, 11, a cruise-in will take place from 5-9 p.m. A free breakfast will be offered Saturday, June 12 at 9 a.m. with a ride to follow. Speakers will be in attendance on Friday and Saturday evening as well as Sunday morning.
“It’s going to be a great weekend. We’re honoring our Veterans, pastors, EMTs and firemen. Local law enforcement will be here Saturday night and we want to recognize them for what they do in our community,” Rushing Wind Biker Church Pastor Michael McGuire said.
The entire community and bikers are welcomed to attend. Riders only will receive a free t-shirt. Riders will be riding to Cambridge, Ohio on Saturday and making a special stop.
“We’re going to visit the Cambridge Assisted Living and we’re going to bless 47 folks that are living there and we’re going to roll up with one hundred bikes and we’re going to get off and spend time with them and pray with them and talk to them about their families. We got a free gift for them also,” McGuire said.
All events will take place at the Rushing Wind Biker Church at 5715 East Pike. Pastor McGuire looks forward to seeing everyone there.
