Rushville Man Sentenced To Prison

A Rushville man is headed to prison for seven years on drug charges. 41-year-old Ricky Scurlock Jr. appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court and was sentenced on trafficking in drugs charges. In February of this year Scurlock pleaded guilty to trafficking in oxycodone hydrochloride with a juvenile specification. In July of 2010, Scurlock along with two other men were arrested in the Woodberry Apartment complex after a drug investigation by the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office.
