Russell E. Glaub, Jr., 67, of Zanesville, died at 3:35 P.M. on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Genesis Hospital. He was born February 25, 1949, in Zanesville, son of the late Russell and Eleanor Hall Glaub, Sr. He was a Pepsi Distributor for 35 years and owner of Creno’s Pizza East from 2001-2007 and also 2014-2016. Russell was in the United States Army and a member of the Eagles.

He is survived by his wife of the home, Sharon Howell Glaub, whom he married March 10, 1972; two sons, Russell A. Glaub of Plain City, and Scott E. Glaub of Zanesville; a daughter, Michelle E. Glaub of Columbus; four grandchildren, Alexa, Hayden, Ian, and Andrew; a sister, Brenda (Carroll) Fink of Zanesville; two brothers, Terry (Margie) Glaub and Gary (Jennifer) Glaub of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Randall Glaub.

Friends and family may call from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 with Father Martin Ralko officiating.  He will be laid to rest at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Zanesville, Ohio. Full Military honors will be accorded to him by the United States Army in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 and the American Legion Post 29.
