Sheridan Boards Buses for State Tournament

The Sheridan Girl’s Basketball team is state bound for the fourth time in school history including their last appearance in 2019.

The Lady Generals were sent off to the University of Dayton with a lot of fanfare from students, teachers and the community as they boarded the bus early Thursday morning.

The Generals are taking on Norton who is making their third appearance in the Final Four, but their first since 1986.

The game tips off at 6pm and can be heard on Z92FM and will stream on our website. We’ll have highlights from the game on the WHIZ-TV News at 11.
