‘Skins taking on top-ranked Pirates in regional final

COSHOCTON, Ohio – One week after upsetting previously unbeaten Garaway in the D-5, Region 19 semifinal, the Coshocton ‘Skins will look to pull an even bigger upset to bring home the regional championship.

The 11-1 ‘Skins are set to take on the top-ranked team in the state– 12-0 Wheelersburg– Saturday night at R. Basil Rutter Field on the campus of Athens High School. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m.

Coshocton is looking to make it to the state final four for just the second time in school history. The ‘Skins lone trip came in 2009, when they lost to Kettering Archbishop Alter, 31-6.
