Speelman Named A.P. Co-Player of the Year

His season may have ended well before he wanted it to but Jett Speelman of Newark Catholic put together a campaign that many Green Wave faithful will be talking about for years to come. That effort was enough to not only get him noticed by college coaches but by the writers in the state as well. Speelman was named earlier this afternoon by the Associtated Press as Co-Player of the Year.
