Suspect Arrested in Muskingum County

A suspect in a series of car break-ins taking place in the Buckeye Lake area is taken into custody in Muskingum County.

Captain Jeff LeCocq said Buckeye Lake Police chased 31-year-old Michael Slack into the county where sheriff’s deputies joined in the pursuit.

The chase ended around 3:45 a.m. Friday when the suspect finally stopped on the Hamline Bridge.

Slack was taken into custody and given over to Buckeye Lake Police.
