Suspects Named in Homicide Investigation

A Noble County couple faces charges in connection to a murder at the Deer Creek Motel in Cambridge. 

Cambridge Police said charges have been filed against 39-year-old Jason Dunn and his wife 37-year-old Krista Dunn. 

Jason Dunn is charged with murder and kidnapping, while Krista is charged with one count of complicity to commit kidnapping. 

A felony bond hearing will take place Tuesday afternoon for the pair. 

Cambridge Police said Friday employees at the Deer Creek Motel discovered the body of 44-year-old William McAllister. His death was ruled a homicide and his body taken to the Licking County Coroner’s Office. An autopsy will be conducted. 

According to police this is the first homicide in the city since April 2012.
