Teresa M. Tracey

ZANESVILLE

Teresa M. Tracey, 90, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Willow Haven Nursing Home. She was born March 18, 1926 to the late Joseph and Anna Vozar Matis.

She is survived by four daughters: Virginia “Jenny” (Bob) Creeks, Georgianna Weaver, Lisa (Jack) Winland and Renee Tracey; six sisters: Emma Graves, Ann Wilson, Josephine Foster, Julia Roberts, Vernie Webb and Charlotte Simpson; three sister-in-laws: Mary Tracey, Shirley Tracey and Sue Tracey; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Tracey; a son, George J. “Little George” Tracey; a brother, Mack Matis; a sister Elizabeth Matis; and a son in law, Zane Weaver.

Calling hours will be held from 9 to 10AM, Monday, March 13, 2017 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W. MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30AM Monday, March 13, 2017 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 925 E. Main St., Zanesville, OH with Father Martin J. Ralko as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery, Portersville, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Meals On Wheels, c/o Muskingum County Senior Center, 160 N. Fourth St., Zanesville, OH 43701.
