Three Charged in Burglary
Three burglary suspects believed to be responsible for multiple burglaries throughout a two-month-period have been apprehended.
According to the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office, Tuesday Baltimore Police Chief Michael Tussey arrived on the scene of a burglary in Baltimore on Elmwood Street. He discovered two sets of tracks that led him to a nearby apartment complex, where three suspects were then taken into custody.
26-year-old Curtis Dovenbarger is charged with burglary, attempt to commit burglary, tampering with evidence, theft, receiving stolen property and obstructing justice. He faces up to 21 years in prison.
22-year-old Kylie Winegardner and 24-year-old Donald Dovenbarger were both charged with aggravated burglary, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Sheriff Dave Phalen says they believe the suspects will face more charges in other burglaries in Bremen, Baltimore and surrounding areas.
