Traffic restrictions on Newark Road

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The City of Zanesville Water Division will be replacing aged water lines on Newark Road (SR146) between the OUZ / Zane State Campus to just west of Musselman Drive.

For the next couple of months, on weekdays between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm traffic will be restricted to single lane alternating with flaggers to allow for the installation of the new water lines.

The work will be weather dependent. Please use caution and alternate routes if possible around the work
zone.
