Truck Crashes Into Side of Maria Adornetto

Authorities are on the scene of a crash near downtown Zanesville. Police say a truck drove into the corner of Maria Adornetto restaurant on Market Street around 5:00 pm.  

Lieutenant Tony Coury with the Zanesville Police Department says a man was driving west on Market, attempted to make a left hand turn onto Orchard but the driver claims he slid on gravel and ended up hitting the side of the building.

Coury says he is being taken to Genesis Good Sam for treatment.
