True Blends Barber Shop Grand Opening

ZANESVILLE, OH – A new Barber Shop hosted their Grand Opening today with a ribbon cutting.

True Blends Barber Shop is located at 1214 Brandywine Blvd and currently has 3 barbers.

Gabereal Clayton, one of the barbers, started out at T-Mobile and learned he loved being able to interact with customers.

“I wanted to get more personal with people and I guess a way for that was trying something new like barbering.” Clayton said. “My wife is a nail tech so I do hear her stories when I get home, so I thought this would be something I would be interested in. I gave it a shot and it turns out, I love it.”

True Blends offers haircuts, beard services, hot towels, and conditioning treatments.

Clayton said today was truly a blessing for him to be able to pursue his dream.

“I’m truly blessed to just be able to be in a position to eventually help people.” Clayton said. “I know our goal eventually is to be able to do, of course give back to the community and offer free haircuts. Just do what we can to be a good support in the community.”

True Blends Barber shop is open on Tuesday through Saturday from 8 to 6PM.
