Two Charged in Drug Case

The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office said two people have been charged after a traffic stop earlier this week.

Authorities said 46-year-old Brian Foster, of Coshocton, and 43-year-old Rachael Rosenau of Newark were both charged with aggravated possession of a controlled substance.

The sheriff’s office said the pair were stopped at the McDonald’s in Coshocton on Monday and a K-9 smelled narcotics in the vehicle. A search uncovered what deputies believe is suspected narcotics.
