Two Charged in Home Invasion Plead Guilty
Two Zanesville residents have pleaded guilty to charges in connection with a September home invasion.
Robert Horton,Jr. and Maliekka Harris both appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday.
Horton, Jr. entered guilty pleas to charges of having a weapon under disability and possession of crack cocaine.
Harris pleaded guilty to charges of improper handling of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle.
The charges stem from a home invasion on September 7th at 1628 Owens Street Apartment A.
Police arrested Horton and Harris along with one other person and also recovered guns.
Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation in both cases.
