Two Suspects Charged In Miller High Break-In
The Perry County Sheriff’s Office says two people are in custody in connection with a break-in at Miller High School in Hemlock. Sergeant Kevin Starrett says on Saturday May 14th deputies arrested 18-year-old Donald “D-J” Bernard and a juvenile male whose name is not being released in connection with the incident. Starrett says the two were in possession of stolen property belonging to the school and extensive damage was caused inside the school after the suspects forced their way into various locked rooms. Starrett says both are facing breaking and entering and felony theft charges. Bernard’s case has already been presented to a grand jury, but the results of that hearing will not be known until later this week.
