United Way MPM Revamped Application Process
ZANESVILLE, OH – On March 20th, the United Way of Muskingum, Perry, and Morgan Counties rolled out the welcome mat for local tax-exempt organizations during their Spring Funding Cycle Announcement and Training Event.
The focus of the gathering was the launch of their revamped application process for the United Way’s spring funding cycle. Applications are now all online on the United Way MPM website. This change aims to make it easier for local organizations to partner with the United Way and enhance their impact.
“We’re really excited to announce that our application is actually all online. If you go to United Way of Muskingum, Perry & Morgan Counties | (unitedwayofmpm.org), you can access our application there. Previously, we’ve had word documents and PDF’s. This year, we’re doing online applications and its simplified. We’re really excited to announce that and try to make it as easy as possible for our partners to apply and get the information to our investment committee and our board,” United Way MPM Community Impact Coordinator, Katie Grubbs said.
The United Way is currently accepting spring funding applications, opening up new opportunities for local nonprofits. With a deadline set for April 12th, organizations are encouraged to begin their application process as soon as possible.
“Any agency that is in Muskingum, Perry, or Morgan County that is a 501C3 nonprofit or tax-exempt, if they are focused on United Ways goal. We have three pillars, that are health, education, and financial stability. If that program or agency is working towards those goals, they can apply for a program,” Grubbs said.
