Update: Power Outage in Muskingum County

American Electric Power says service has been restored to more than 1,500 customers in Muskingum County.

Officials say the outage occured just before 4:00 p.m. Thursday and was back on by 5:10 p.m.

AEP officials say that the wind may have knocked some limbs onto lines causing the power outage which affected the northend of Zanesville.
