Water Outage Planned

The City of Zanesville makes plans to shut off water to some of its customers Wednesday, December 18.

Water Superintendent Paul Mills said Underground Utilities Solutions will be lowering a water main for the City of Zanesville for a sewer project on Lincoln Street.

The work will begin at 8a.m. and be completed by 3:30p.m.

During the work the following areas will be without water.

  • 1070-1044 Maysville Avenue
  • 1102-1104 Woodlawn Avenue
  • 1067-1037 Moxahala Avenue
  • West side of Putnam Avenue from Lincoln Street to Elmore Street
  • East side of Putnam Avenue from 1070 Putnam to 1034 Putnam Avenue

Jewett Drive may experience low pressure and discolored water during this time.
