Weaver Sentenced to Life In Prison/No Parole

A former Muskingum University student convicted of killing her newborn daughter in April of 2015 learned her fate Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. Judge Mark Fleegle sentenced Emile Weaver of Clarington to life in prison with no parole. In May Weaver was found guilty of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence. Weaver’s attorney says they plan an appeal in the case.
