Witherspoon Sentenced in Drug Case

A Zanesville man is sentenced to one year in prison for three felony drug counts.

In Judge Mark Fleegle’s court Fabian Witherspoon was sentenced on a third degree felony count of trafficking in drugs with a school specification, a fourth degree felony count of trafficking in drugs with a school specification and a third degree felony of possession of drugs.

The 30-year-old plead guilty  to the charges in July. A co-defendant in the case, 34-year-old Zaire Clark was sentenced to seven months in prison, in July.

Both Clark and Witherspoon were arrested in February during a drug bust at 1110 Woodlawn Avenue.
