Y-City Invitational Is This Weekend At The Muskingum Rec Center

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Zanesville Gymnastics is holding it’s second annual invitational meet Saturday and Sunday at the Muskingum Recreation Center.

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $5 for children and children under 5 years old are free.

“We have over 420 plus gymnast from around Ohio and other states to compete. We will be doing it Saturday and Sunday. If people want to come out as spectators they are welcomed to come out. We will have a lot of gymnasts here performing and competing,” said Muskingum Recreation Center Executive Director Beth Charpman.

Doors will open at 7 a.m. There will be 3 sessions each day.

“Zanesville Gymnastics contacted us last year right after we opened the facility. They wanted to expanded their gymnastic meet. This facility really offered the space they needed to really build their program. This is our second year and we are so happy to have them,” said Charpman

There is also a 2 day pass available for $15. All tickets are available for purchase at the door.
