Z-ville Water Valve Project To Cut Service

The City of Zanesville says a water valve replacement project will cut service to some customers and close part of Maple Avenue. Water Superintendent Paul Mills says the work will take place at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Sheridan Street Sunday evening starting at 10:00. Mills says that customers living on Maple from Lenox Avenue to Sheridan Street will lose water service until 7:00 am Monday. Mills say both northbound lanes including a turning lane from Lenox from Sheridan will be closed. The southbound lanes will be used for both north and southbound traffic.
