Zanesville Alum Named to WBCA All-America Team
West Liberty senior and Zanesville alum Kailee Howe was named to the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association All-America Team today for the second straight season. She has earned Honorable Mention honors, and was the only player from the MEC named to the list. Howe capped off her senior season averaging just shy of a double double with 14 points and 9.6 assists per game.
Howe ranks 11th in school history with 1,360 and 5th in assists with 779.
Among her records, Howe became the first player with back-to-back seasons with over 300 assists, with 326 just this season. She also had 17 assists in a game twice this season.
