Blue Devils Fall to Johnstown-Monroe in Boys Basketball

ZANESVILLE, OH- It was a perfect day for some good quality basketball and if you were looking for a good matchup Zanesville High School was the place to be.

In a tight game the Blue Devils found themselves down early in the first half with both offenses struggling to find a bucket Zanesville had to look to their junior Xavier Riley to get them a couple scores.

After the half things started to click for both sides, the Blue Devils found themselves on a little bit of a run getting baskets to fall to close in on the gap.

But in the end the end Zanesville just couldn’t get it done as they fell to visiting Johnstown Monroe 41-33.
