Zanesville Man Charged With Arson

A Zanesville man has been indicted on one count of arson.

According to Muskingum County Assistant Prosecutor Bob Smith, Paul Starcher has been charged in connection with a fire at a vacant home on Luck Avenue in May.

Smith says Starcher is being held in the Muskingum County Jail.

If convicted, Starcher faces up to 18 months in prison.

Smith says Starcher is scheduled to be arraigned in court next Wednesday.
