Zanesville Man Found Competent to Stand Trial

A Zanesville man has been found competent to stand trial on 33 felony charges.
 

73-year-old Kali  Suntoke appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday for a hearing before Judge Kelly Cottrill.

Suntoke pleaded not guilty in May  to 33 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
 

According to the Prosecutor’s Office the charges stem from incidents that happened in March.
 

Suntoke is being held in the Muskingum County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
