Zanesville Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges
A Zanesville man has pleaded guilty to felony charges in connection with a drug bust last summer.
33-year-old Timothy Johnson entered guilty pleas Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court to charges of trafficking in crack cocaine and cocaine and possession of crack cocaine and cocaine.
Johnson was arrested on July 23rd of 2010 after the Muskingum County Sheriff’s office made a scheduled stop on Maple Avenue.
A search warrant was also exectued at his Muirwood Village Apartment where deputies found 1,000 grams of cocaine and 100 grams of crack cocaine.
Judge Kelly Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Johnson remains in the Muskingum County Jail.
