Zanesville Man Sentenced on Drug Charges

A Zanesville man is sentenced Monday on multiple drug charges.

21-year-old Dylan Marshall appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where Judge Mark Fleegle placed Marshall on community control for two years and he must perform 200 hours of public service.
 

Marshall plead guilty last month to charges of cultivation and possession of marijuana stemming from an incident in June of 2010.
 

If Marshall doesn’t complete his sentence as ordered, he will be sentenced to 11 months in prison for each count which will be served concurrently.
