The Clinic closed due to renovations at the facility at 2800 Maple Avenue. Today, the Clinic invited Veterans and the community for their Grand Reopening Celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony, music, refreshments, and more.
“Well we were closed for a few months because of some renovations and other things that we were working on in the facility. So now it’s the reopening, we are fully operational,” said Columbus VA Medical Director, Vivian Hutson.
The Zanesville VA Clinic is a community clinic included in the VA Central Ohio Healthcare System. The System is part of the VA Veterans Integrated Service Network that serves more than 500,000 Veterans throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
“This is the home for our Veterans. And this is where we take care of about 3,000 Veterans who live in this community. Our staff has made it happen, and they provided really good care during the renovation and facility remodeling process,” added Hutson.
The Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
