A former Coshocton County man, who was found armed in a North Carolina airport parking lot in April, receives his sentence.

Joseph "Sean" McVey appeared in Buncombe County District Court yesterday and was found guilty on a charge of possession of a firearm on city property. A Zanesville man pleads guilty in connection to a fatal shooting last April.
 

24-year-old James Tyrone McCrae appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday where he pled guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter with a gun specification and one count of having a weapon under disability.
 

McCrae was arrested in August for the shooting death of 32-year-old Shane Goins.

A  Zanesville man has pleaded guilty to 13 counts of rape involving children.
 

22-year-old Irvine Carnes IV appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court  Monday  where he entered the pleas before Judge Mark Fleegle.
 

According to Assistant Prosecutor Bob Smith Carnes faces life in prison.

Smith says the crimes were committed between 2001 and 2007 and involved seven children under the age of 13.

A 21-year-old former Denison University student offers a change of plea in court this morning.

Jessica Kelton plead guilty to one count of possession of marijuana. Attorney Brian Waltz of the Licking County Prosecutor's Office, says Kelton will complete one year of intervention. He says if she doesn't finish it, she faces up to six months in prison, a fine, and losing her driver's license.

A Zanesville woman pleads guilty to shooting a man during a domestic dispute this past summer.

23-year-old Mysti Mayle entered the plea Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.
 

Mayle was charged with one count of felonious assault with a gun specification in connection with a shooting incident outside her home on Dryden Road  in July where she shot a 23-year-old man in the hip area.
