Diabetes is on the rise in the US and Sunday at Rosecrans High School the community literally dove into raising awareness.

It's called Swimming for Diabetes. Participants raised money through pledges and showed up to show off their strokes. Among them was 14 year old Isaiah who has type one diabetes. Isaiah along with other swimmers were also impacted by the disease.
