Two Suspects Face Kidnapping Charges
Two people are in custody in connection with a robbery in Coshocton.
On Aug. 29, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office said it received a 911 call in reference to a possible armed robbery in progress. During the investigation, deputies were able to make a felony traffic stop on the suspect’s vehicle on US 36. As a result of the stop, deputies seized a large amount of drugs and cash.
Allen “AK” L. Knott, 28, and Crystal N. Wilson, 31, both of Coshocton have been charged with kidnapping, a felony of first degree. The sheriff’s office said additional charges are likely, pending review from the Coshocton County Prosecutors Office.
The incident remains under investigation.
